Did Osama Bin Laden brainwash his followers?
Osama Bin Laden told his followers to remain calm and that the ''time between them and their marriage in heaven will be very short'' and "to remember God frequently". How can killing innocent people for no good reason make them believe they would eventually end up in heaven? The story just doesn't make sense. Because as a christian if you take someone's life away for any reason at all or no reason at all it is wrong. Even though Bin Laden and his followers weren't christians, I'm sure that taking someone elses life for any particular reason is wrong no matter what religion you are. Osama Bin Laden had to have brainwashed or spinned the truth at least a little to convice his followers this was the right thing to do. And to also convice them to be willing to commint suicide for this cause.
